Halloween Party Pictures

It was a great weekend.. My dear friend was in town for a few days. Lots of running around and getting ready for the party. We set up the witch up front and was quite popular with the trick or treaters. My friend Bethany made a delicious meat pie while I baked the cupcakes. The guests later decorated them and then consumed. My bf was drinkin up the burbon and entertaining the endless visiting kids at the door saying "This is frankenpuppy!! and she wants to be your friend!!

Seeing Eye Doll

Inspired by one of my first dolls, she has an all seeing eye on her chest with black slick hair and closed eyes. Also has a bit of lace around each leg.
She is about 10 inches tall.

Day of the Dead Ghost Doll

Inspired by Dia De Los Muertos. Handpainted face with lace added to her body that was donated to me from Kambriel. Fabric was acquired at the tv show Carnivale estate sale after the show was canceled. Her head has two black flowers. She has an invisible string for hanging.
Body is about 10 inches and with the hanging cheese cloth its about 20 inches.

Our house always looks a bit like Halloween all year round but come late summer and we add more webs, pumpkins and decorate our front window that faces the street. Since we've lived here it was bats, last year a skeleton and this year will be a bare tree with crows..

Handmade ooak 13 inch dolls with a clay sculpted head and with a stuffed body with a vintage quilt dress, lace skirt and pointy feet. They have neurofibromatosis. This is a 10 inch hand painted and hand made doll made by me several years ago. She was featured in the book 500 handmade dolls. She is made with ink, paper, ribbon, and an oil painted face. She also has a bone skull bead on her neck. She also has two new additions (her legs) and either sits or is ready to hang.
